Prior to commencing the lobby renovation, we will need the floor plans of the lobby, ready to be processed using AutoCAD software in *dwg format. Depending on the type of property in question, floor plans and sections will usually suffice. If you already have the floor plans of your property, you won't need to hire this service; simply send us the file for us to work on (it should be up to date!)
The typically required plans are as follows:

Construction Project for Lobby Renovation
Construction Project
To carry out the lobby renovation, you will need, at the very least, a Minor Works License. If your actions are of a larger scale, you will need to process a Major Works License along with a Construction Project. Not processing this type of license can lead to penalties.
When do you need a Minor Works License for lobby renovation?
If you're going to perform any type of non-structural wall demolition.
If you're going to modify or make changes to the layout of the space.
If you're going to modify or adapt the lobby (signs, entrances, ramps, etc.).
When do you need a Major Works License for lobby renovation?
Whenever you perform structural demolitions.

Installation Projects
If the lobby renovation involves major changes to the installations, they must comply with the REBT (Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations) RD842/2002 and the RITE (Thermal Installations in Buildings Regulations) RITE/2013.
This project includes the following:
*The installer will be qualified to interpret this project and carry out the installation, but they cannot take responsibility for submitting the project to the authorities or an Environmental Control Entity, who will require a project endorsed by a licensed technician.
Construction Supervision and Coordination
If you require a Lobby Renovation Project, you will need to contract this service with us due to liability. If we endorse your project, the responsibility is direct, and therefore we reserve the right to supervise first-hand that everything is done in compliance with regulations and technical instructions. This translates to hiring one of our licensed professionals (an engineer or architect) who will periodically supervise the work to ensure it's being done as described in the technical project.
The Construction Director is the person in charge of:
Coordinating the entire technical-faculty team for the project.
Interpreting the executive project (technical, economic, and aesthetic aspects).
Achieving project execution within agreed-upon timeframes.
Adapting to changes, unforeseen circumstances, and relevant modifications.
Obtaining the final certificate of completion.
